Plein air oil paintings are her frequent subject and all landscapes are done on location in California from Morro Bay to Bishop to Mendocino. Many are familiar local scenes in Menlo Park, Palo Alto and the BayArea. Other sites have been in Idaho, the San Juan Islands, New Mexico, Colorado and France.

Studies have been with notable artists including Ted Goerschner, Edward Norton Ward, Joyce Pike, Kevin Macpherson, Duane Wakeham, T.M. Nicholas, Bob Gerbracht and Charles Movali.
